Formosa AI

More customers. Less admin.

Formosa AI is a Melbourne AI automation studio. We hand the work that repeats to AI that actually does it: enquiries, bookings, quotes, invoice chasing. For Australian small and medium-sized service businesses.

Meet addEASE, the AI booking assistant that never calls in sick.

It answers enquiries, books appointments and follows up, 24/7, in your business's tone. It's answering the chat on this page right now, so you can try it before you buy it.

We use what we sell.

Every tool we offer runs on our own business first. If it doesn't save us time, we don't sell it to you.

Fixed scope. No surprises.

Clear quotes, clear exclusions, two revision rounds, and the included meeting hours written into every quote. Extra work is priced before it starts, never after.

Straight about your data.

Your data is stored in Australia. Some AI processing happens overseas, and we tell you exactly what and where. We're happy to walk you through it.

How we work: the Formosa 3-Step

    Audit

    $3,900 · two weeks

  2. 02

    Implement

    from $2,000 per item

We build and install it ourselves. You don't manage software. You just notice the work getting done.

  3. 03

    Ongoing care

    from $390/month

We maintain what's installed, update it as you grow, and send a monthly report of what your systems did.

You can leave any month. We'd rather earn the next one.

  • Care plans are month-to-month after the first quarter. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
  • Every plan names the change-hours it includes: Care 2.5, Growth 6, Partner 12.
  • Work beyond a quoted scope is quoted and agreed in writing before it starts.
  • The audit's 90-day plan is yours either way, with no lock-in.

Questions, answered straight

What does Formosa AI actually do?

We hand the work that repeats to AI that actually does it: enquiries, bookings, quotes, invoice chasing. We work with Australian small and medium-sized service businesses. It starts with a two-week audit that puts numbers on what's leaking, then we build and install the fix ourselves and keep it running. Websites and search visibility come in where the plan calls for them.

Do you really publish your prices?

Yes. The audit is $3,900, implementation starts at $2,000 per item, and ongoing care starts at $390/mo across three plans (Care, Growth and Partner), each naming the change-hours it includes. Websites, where the plan calls for one, start at $20,000. Work beyond a quoted scope is quoted and agreed in writing before it starts, never billed by surprise. You'll know what things cost before you ever talk to us.

I'm not technical. Is this for me?

Especially for you. You won't manage software or learn jargon. You'll notice the phone getting answered and the admin getting done. We handle the technical side and explain everything in plain English.

What's the AI audit, and what do I get?

A two-week look at how your business runs. We put numbers on it: hours lost per week, revenue leaking per month. You get a written report plus a 90-day plan, ranked by payback. There's no lock-in, and the plan is yours either way.

Where does my data go? Is it safe?

Your data is stored in Australia. Some AI processing happens overseas, and we tell you exactly what and where. We're happy to walk you through it. We're Privacy Act aware and never vague about it.

What's addEASE?

Our AI booking assistant. It answers enquiries, books appointments and follows up 24/7, in your business's tone. It's the same product answering this website, so you can try it before you buy it.

Do I lose control of how my business talks to customers?

No. The assistant runs on your rules and tone, and answers only from the information you've given it. If it doesn't know something, it says so, hands the conversation to a person, and logs the question so you can see what it couldn't answer. You can read every conversation, you're notified the moment a new one starts, and you can step in and take over any time.

We already use AI. Someone on the team set it up. Do we still need you?

Maybe, but not to rebuild it. DIY setups tend to carry three quiet risks: nobody is formally responsible for keeping them running, nobody has measured what they actually save, and customer data often flows through personal accounts no one has looked at. The first step is always a paid assessment, because we don't take on a system we haven't seen. It lists what's running, who holds the accounts, maps where your customer data flows, and names what's already broken. If it makes sense after that, we take it over under a care plan. The person who built it stays the hero, without being the single point of failure.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Care plans are month-to-month after the first quarter, cancel with 30 days' notice. Fixed scope, clear exclusions, and you're never trapped.

How do we start?

A free 20-minute chat. No pitch, no jargon, just an honest look at what would help. Most people start with one thing and add more when it pays to.

Not sure where to start? That's the point of the chat.

No pitch, no jargon. Just an honest look at what would help.
